Adam Rael
Adam Rael is a writer, director, producer, and creative director specialising in commercial storytelling, branded content, and high-impact visual campaigns. As founder of Cassette Vision and Conker Cuts, he leads projects from concept through delivery, combining creative vision with production expertise across live action, animation, and post-production.
Adam has directed comedy and VFX-driven commercials, produced automotive campaigns including DS Automobiles spots featuring Hugh Wallace, and overseen CGI-led campaigns for brands including Red Bull and PepsiCo. With experience spanning every stage of production, he focuses on creating ambitious, audience-focused work that delivers both creative impact and commercial results.
Jack Quinn
Jack is a filmmaker, director, and visual effects specialist who thrives on turning ambitious ideas into visually distinctive films. Blending technical expertise with playful storytelling, he creates work that is cinematic, inventive, and emotionally engaging while finding practical solutions to even the most challenging creative briefs.
With extensive experience across VFX, live action, and animation, Jack brings a deep understanding of how visual effects can elevate a story without overshadowing it. His passion for combining digital and practical techniques ensures every project feels fresh, memorable, and crafted with purpose.
John Breen
John Dillon Breen is a producer, director, and filmmaker with a passion for comedy, character-driven storytelling, and delivering ambitious productions at scale. Bringing together creative instinct with meticulous organisation, he helps shape projects that are both entertaining and expertly executed.
John has produced commercial campaigns and worked across high-end television for Fox Entertainment, MGM, and Studio Ramsay, contributing to some of the world's most recognised reality formats. His experience managing complex productions, combined with his collaborative approach and sharp creative eye, makes him a trusted producer for projects of every size.
Áindréas Fallon Verbruggen
Áindréas Fallon Verbruggen is a director, producer, and editor specialising in documentary storytelling and branded content that puts people at the heart of every campaign. He works closely with clients to uncover authentic stories that build genuine connections with audiences.
Before joining Conker Cuts and Cassette Vision, Áindréas worked across production and post-production with Piranha Bar, Rocky Valley Productions, and Virgin Media. Alongside producing and directing, he oversees post-production workflows, collaborating closely with the VFX team to deliver polished, efficient, and cost-effective productions without compromising on creative quality.
